My name is Rizwan Ashraf . I am 25 Years Old . I live & work in Karachi as a Fashion Photographer .
I have abilities in graphics, 2D animation and music composing as well ..
Did you go to school to study photography?
Yes, I studied photography at Pakistan Institute of Photography.
How long have you been a photographer?
6-7 years in this field.
What or who got you started in Photography?
Basically I’m artist from childhood, and you can say I turned from sketching pencil to camera.
Also by viewing the works of some well known photographers from Pakistan and around the
world like Justin Grant, Richard Avedon, and Tapu Javeri… I saw their works and was totally inspired.
How would you describe your style?
Simple… casual always.
What type of cameras do you shoot with?
Nikon D90
What is your favorite photography accessory, other than your camera?
A perfect secure camera bag
How important is Photoshop in your final images?
Photoshop is important but just as a tool
What has been your most memorable assignment and why?
SHE Bridal June 2009 Issue, the designer was Shaiyan Malik and Model Uzma Ilyas .
It was a different theme… Passage to India.
The first photographer that comes to your mind and why?
Richard Avedon , I like his lightings and style.
